A Colorful and Joyful Celebration of Love for Lindsey & Allie’s Wedding

Some projects come along that feel like more than work this was one of them. Lindsey and Allie are simply the most kind and joyful couple, and from the very first conversation it was clear their wedding stationery needed to match the warmth and energy they bring to every room they enter. They wanted something colorful, meaningful, and deeply reflective of both their love story and the incredible community of friends and family celebrating with them.

Because Lindsey and Allie are based in New York City and the wedding was right here in Cleveland, I had the pleasure of working closely with Lindsey’s mom, Valerie, as our local point of contact. Valerie was wonderful, collaborative, enthusiastic, and so clearly full of love for her daughter and soon-to-be daughter-in-law. What started as a working relationship quickly felt like so much more.

A True Wedding Weekend

Together we landed on a palette that felt both vibrant and timeless: soft blues, warm peach, and coral, all grounded against a natural white. It was the perfect combination to feel festive and celebratory without ever feeling overdone.

Lindsey and Allie weren’t just having a wedding, they were hosting a full wedding weekend, with activities and events for their guests from start to finish. That meant the stationery suite had a real job to do: not just set the aesthetic, but inform and guide guests through every moment.

She took everything we envisioned — the color, the joy, the chaos of a full wedding weekend — and turned it into something so beautiful and cohesive. Our stationery didn’t just look beautiful, it told our story.

Designing for the Whole Picture

We started with save the dates featuring their beautiful engagement photos, then moved into the full invitation suite, and carried the vision all the way through the wedding day itself. Larger-format piece seating chart and welcome signage that welcomed guests and oriented them to the space. Then bar signage that was fun, on-brand and made the bar feel like part of the whole celebration. The menus and place cards paired beautifully so every guest’s seat felt intentional and personal. And lastly monogrammed napkins, and even a merch wall were the perfect finishing personalized  touches. Every single piece was thoughtfully designed to feel cohesive, colorful, and completely them.

Beautiful Couple, Beautiful Family

Working on this wedding was so fun and collaborative. Lindsey and Allie are truly a special couple, and their love for one another shined in every interaction and every choice they made together. I also loved getting to know Valerie through this process. Her excitement was infectious, and her trust in our collaboration made everything flow so naturally. The three of us, across cities, across phone calls, across color proofs and paper samples, created something really beautiful together.

This group became more than clients. They are beautiful people, inside and out, and it was an absolute honor to play even a small role in their celebration. Seeing every piece come together and knowing it helped set the tone for a weekend full of love and laughter, that’s exactly why I do this work.

Congratulations to the amazing Lindsey and Allie. Wishing you a lifetime of the joy you so effortlessly share with everyone around you.
