With custom clients we work one-on-one to create your dream wedding invitation suite that is tailored to your ideas to meet your aesthetic so you get one-of-a-kind stationery just for you and only you.

QUOTE
If you are interested we can set up a consultation where we will use a form to learn about your event, your inspiration and the design you have in mind to create your quote. Quotes are generally turned around in two business days.

DESIGN
Once the completed forms are received we will begin designing your invitations. A PDF concept is emailed for either refinement or approval. Physical proof samples can be requested but have a small additional cost.

REFINE
We will build the rest of the suite based on the design, items and add-ons you choose. You’ll review and provide any feedback you have and we’ll make revisions until they feel just perfect.

PRODUCTION
When everything is complete, you’ll approve your proof. After you make your final payment, we will put your order into production.

DELIVER
Once your order is complete, we will carefully check everything and ship it out to you with tracking details.
Custom invitations are one of a kind designs created exclusively for you and only you. Throughout the design process, we will work together to bring your vision to life.
Semi-custom invitations are curated designs ready to be customized for your wedding. For these designs you can customize everything other than the design and layout itself.
Most semi-custom orders take 4-6 weeks from order placement to delivery. The actual time frame will vary depending on how quickly we receive your details, how many rounds of revisions are requested, the print methods you select, etc. Please allow yourself extra time when placing your order. A timeline can be provided after an initial consultation.
Rush orders are taken on a case-by-case basis. If you require a quicker turnaround, please email us prior to ordering. Depending on your estimated due date, we will let you know if your desired date is possible or not. If it is, we may charge a rush fee depending on how close the estimated due date is.
Yes, we offer day-of stationery, table numbers, signage, etc. To get started, email us with what you are looking for.
All of our orders come with payment plans built in. You pay a 50% deposit when you place an order (25% is non-refundable) and the remainder of the balance once you approve the order for production.
We recommend taking one of your invitation suites to your local post office to get expert advice on the correct amount of postage. Or just let us take care of it for you!
